In 2019 Cruise Belfast opened the first dedicated cruise terminal on the island of Ireland. The purpose built facility can accommodate all vessels currently operating in the UK and Ireland region.

Belfast’s dedicated cruise welcome facility is staffed by Visit Belfast’s team of multi-lingual Travel Advisors and offers a range of services including free tourist information and advice, information on tours and events, free Wi-Fi, a video wall that showcases the destination and a gift shop.
