The Visit Belfast team provides tourist information at the quayside as required. Maps, brochures and discount vouchers are available as well as a daily events listings and shuttle bus timetable information. Cruise shuttle buses to the city centre stop outside Visit Belfast Welcome Centre where additional services such as bureau de change and left luggage facilities are available. Opening hours are extended to accommodate the visit of a cruise ship.
